White chocolate cupcakes with peppermint buttercream frosting!


So, I did make those cupcakes...and OH MAN, they were good. Just thought I'd add a little picture so you can see how good they were!

    how do you make a peppermint buttercream frosting. i love peppermint and would love to try it.

    Hi There! You make the butter cream frosting with butter (a few sticks, non salted butter) and powedered sugar. Blend it all together until its smooth and creamy, then add the peppermint extract. It tastes awesome!
